Maybe the mention of a European doctor is just a marketing move, so that the technique attracts attention? Even the all-knowing Wikipedia cannot answer this question today.

The 7-petal diet is an improved version of the six-day system created by Anna Johansson. Its essence is the alternation of protein and carbohydrate days. If the 6-petal system is designed for six days, then its new version is for a week.

The technique has not only a physical effect - weight loss. Psychology is involved here. In order to make the diet easier to perceive, there is an element of the game. You need to draw a flower with the appropriate number of petals. It is recommended to approach the process creatively, for example, using colored paper or pencils. The "petal" diet is based on the following principles:

  7. Drinking. The last day of the diet is unloading. The menu only has water without gas, sugar and flavors.
You need to go out of the diet smoothly. In the early days, the menus should be made up of products allowed under the program. Other foods should be administered gradually. At the same time, in order to maintain the result, it is worth completely abandoning harmful and fatty dishes.

  • Not only fat loss. Our body is able to break down only 150 g of fat per day. In a week it takes just a little more kg. Where does the figure of 5.6 kg come from? The body parted with the liquid, due to which the main "plumb line" is obtained. Also, fat is a kind of "lifeline." Therefore, the body quickly parted with muscle mass than with it.
