  • For lunch - a green apple, 50 g low-fat ham and toast with a leaf of salad.

Fifth day

Sixth day

  • An afternoon snack may consist of two slices of bread, a lean soup and two tomatoes.
  • For dinner, banana, 50 g of boiled chicken and spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce are allowed.

Seventh day

  • For breakfast, prepare a fruit salad (banana, apple, and pear) seasoned with two tablespoons of low-fat yogurt.
  • For lunch, eat three tablespoons of cabbage salad, 25 g of cold meat, kiwi and toast with a leaf of salad.
