In addition, you should be careful about the possibility of drinking tea and coffee in any quantities. Caffeinated drinks have a diuretic effect, that is, they remove water from the cells. Together with them, the body leaves calcium, so you need to drink coffee moderately.

Diet according to Protasov is a relatively simple and safe weight loss system. It allows you to lose weight in five weeks. You should leave it carefully, gradually including ordinary foods in the diet, but keeping a large number of fresh vegetables and properly cooked meat.
