Paste "Fitolizin": a natural cure for diseases of the genitourinary tract

Kidney stones can provoke inflammation, and if they move, they will cause renal colic. People with a predisposition to stone formation are recommended to carry out prophylaxis - the instructions for the use of Fitolizin contain such instructions. In what cases does the drug help? How safe is it to take?
Phytolysin paste

The cause of urolithiasis is a metabolic disorder, as a result of which an excess of a certain type of salt appears in the urine. With stagnation of urine, they crystallize and form sand in the kidneys, and then stones. They provoke stone formation:

  • cystitis;
  • pyelonephritis;
  • malnutrition;
  • bad water;
  • malformations of the urinary tract;
  • hyperparathyroidism;
  • vitamin deficiency;
  • heredity.
All departments of the genitourinary tract are interconnected. Pathology in the bladder will lead to a violation of the outflow of urine and gradually to the development of kidney disease. The same mechanism is present with prostatitis. Benign prostatic hyperplasia in men disrupts the flow of urine from the bladder. Stagnation can lead to the development of infection. Therefore, in the complex treatment of pathologies of the urinary system, the Fitolizin paste is indispensable.

Each of the listed components acts in its own way, but the common task: “Phytolysin” should provide a diuretic effect, relieve spasm and inflammation in the genitourinary organs. Influence on other organs is secondary. The effectiveness of the drug cytolysin is provided not by the plants themselves, but by the active substances in the extracts. They "work" as follows.

  • Provide a diuretic effect. Saponins, silicates (silicic acid salts), flavones are responsible for this.
  • Dissolve the stones. This applies to urate deposits (uric acid salts), which soften and dissolve with silicic acid.
  • Kill pathogens. Components of essential oils give this effect. They also improve blood flow, the permeability of the capillary walls, which leads to an increase in the filtering ability of the kidneys. Essential oils have anti-inflammatory effects.
  • Prevent stone formation. Saponins reduce surface tension, which helps to form colloidal compounds with pathogenic components of urine. This prevents the formation of sand and kidney stones.
What path the components of the drug take in the body, how the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of specific substances take place is unknown to science. In accordance with the International Convention (EMEAHMPWG11 / 99), in clinical trials of herbal preparations, it is not necessary to separately study the pharmacokinetics of the drug.

When are they appointed ...

Indications for the use of Fitolizin include diseases of the genitourinary tract. It will be effective in the following cases:

  • pyelonephritis;
  • cystitis;
  • prostatitis;
  • urethritis.

Also, the use of “Fitolizin” inside is indicated for prophylaxis and as part of the complex treatment of urolithiasis.

Diseases of the urinary system often accompany diabetes. If the administration schedule or dosage of insulin is incorrectly selected, then diabetes of the first type becomes uncompensated. For the second type, this problem occurs when the diet is not followed and refusal to take sugar-lowering drugs. In this case, the urinary tract is easily infected, urine often stagnates, bacteria may appear, stones and sand form.

"Phytolysin" is not recommended for diabetes, especially with the first type: the drug is able to increase blood glucose. But in case of emergency, paste treatment is allowed under the supervision of a doctor and with the measurement of blood sugar.

... and when you need a different approach

Herbal components of the drug are relatively safe, but there are certain contraindications for the use of paste.

  • Allergy. If the list of medicinal plants or essential oils, as well as auxiliary components, contains one that was previously allergic, you do not need to experiment. An unpleasant effect will develop after the first dose of the drug.
  • Glomerulonephritis. This is a chronic bilateral damage to the kidneys, which is manifested by the gradual death of the glomeruli and the development of renal failure. In this case, the filtration ability of the kidneys is impaired.
  • Gallstone disease and hepatitis. Some medicinal plants from the composition of "Fitolizin" affect the stones in the gall bladder. But under certain conditions, they can move and cause blockage of the bile duct. With liver diseases, you also need to carefully choose medications that do not affect its work.
  • Heart failure. As well as swelling that occurs in this case. They are not of renal origin, therefore it is impossible to influence them.
  • Celiac disease and gluten intolerance. This substance is a component of wheat. But there is a congenital deficiency of enzymes, which leads to a violation of the digestion of gluten. This is accompanied by an intestinal upset, and in the absence of treatment, severe exhaustion, multivitamin deficiency.
  • Alcoholism, epilepsy. As part of Fitolizin, there are 200 mg of ethanol, which is contraindicated in patients with alcoholism and epilepsy. This corresponds to the accepted 5 ml of beer or 2 ml of wine.
  • Phosphates. Phosphate kidney stones tend to grow very rapidly, so their treatment should also be active. Lithotripsy - crushing is more effective, which allows them to be removed in small fragments from the kidneys. Treatment of concomitant disorders is also necessary, since these stones are often formed during osteoporosis, a violation of mineral-salt metabolism, rickets.
  • Under 18 years old. The use of the drug in children has not been clinically investigated. Therefore, it is not recommended in pediatric practice.
  • Pregnancy and lactation. Some plant components are contraindicated during the period of bearing a child or breastfeeding. Therefore, "Fitolizin" during pregnancy is not prescribed.

Side effects of the drug can occur in the absence of contraindications and depend on the individual characteristics of the body. Most often these are the following reactions:

  • allergy;
  • photosensitivity;
  • nausea.

When severe adverse reactions occur, the intake of Fitolizin is stopped. No cases of drug overdose have been identified.

It should alert the appearance of pain in the lumbar region. If you notice symptoms of renal colic, fever, impaired urination and the presence of blood in the urine, you should immediately consult a doctor.

Instructions for use "Fitolizina"

The regimens of “Fitolizin” are the same regardless of the pathology of the urinary tract. The preparation is a paste from which an aqueous suspension is prepared. Treatment of cystitis "Fitolizinom" is carried out by taking one teaspoon of the paste, dissolved in half a glass of water. The solution is taken three to four times a day after meals. The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the doctor depending on the effectiveness of the therapy.

How to drink Fitolizin in old age and with impaired renal function, the doctor must say. In some cases, a daily dose adjustment is required. Reviews of doctors and instructions for the drug indicate some negative consequences of drug interactions.

  • Enhances the action of antiplatelet agents. These are drugs that are used to reduce blood coagulation. For example, Dipyridamole, Clopidogrel, Aspirin, as well as anticoagulants and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Concomitant use with Fitolizin can lead to increased bleeding.
  • Enhances the effect of hypoglycemic drugs. Glibenclamide, Metformin, Pioglitazone and others are used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Simultaneous use with Fitolizin can significantly reduce the concentration of blood glucose and lead to a hypoglycemic state, which will require medical attention.
  • Potentiates the effects of monoamine oxidase inhibitors. These are drugs such as Iproniazide, Fenelzin, Moclobemide, and Selegiline. They are used to treat depressive disorders, Parkinson's disease, narcolepsy. Concurrent use with Phytolysin requires dose adjustment.
  • Enhances the effect of lithium salts. Drugs with this composition are used to treat schizophrenia, alcoholism, bipolar disorders, epilepsy. Strengthening their action can lead to a simultaneous increase in toxicity and side effects.
  • Prolongs the effect of certain drugs. In the treatment ofParacetamol”,“ Amidopyrine ”,“ Pentobarbital ”prolongation of action may lead to more pronounced side effects.

Reviews about "Fitolizin" speak about its effectiveness in the treatment of non-launched diseases of the genitourinary tract. But only as part of complex therapy. It should also be remembered that a pronounced diuretic effect requires additional water load: during treatment you need to drink at least 2 liters of fluid per day.

Reviews: “In terms of effectiveness, the tube is equal to half the course in Truskavets”

I was repeatedly tormented by pains in the right side in the area of appendicitis. And such that several times lost consciousness. She called an ambulance several times or went to the hospital for examination. I thought it was an attack of appendicitis. Each time, the gynecologist and surgeon found me healthy in their part and said that it was not for them. Did and ultrasound. An ultrasound scan did not find anything except sand, but said that the cause could have been sand passing through the ureter. He recommended that I take phytolysin paste and assured me that the tube of this paste is half the course in Truskavets in terms of effectiveness. And in general, it helped. Vegetable paste: wheatgrass root, birch leaves, fenugreek seeds, parsley root, goldenrod grass, field horsetail, lovage root, highlander grass, agar, essential oils of shavliya, pine, mint, orange. If it doesn’t help, then it won’t do any harm - the main principle of medicine. I take this paste and for example, if rapid urination after I spent days in a wet bathing suit or froze somewhere.

Caution for people who are allergic to certain plants from the composition. I advise for the treatment of cystitis is not the first year and helps everyone. The tube lasts for a long time, the price is good.
