Rye flour 200 g
Milk 1.5% 170 ml

Salt 0.5 g
Dried oregano 1 tsp

Pumpkin seeds 1 tsp
Flax seeds 0.5 tsp

Step cooking

  1. Mix the yeast with warm milk and leave aside for 15 minutes.
    We dissolve yeast in warm milk.
  2. Mix two types of flour.
    Mix amaranth and rye flour.
  3. Add the egg, oregano, salt and mix everything. Add yeast with milk. Sift flour into this mixture, mix well with a spoon.
    Add eggs, milk with yeast, salt, oregano and mix the dough.
  4. We cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour.
    The resulting dough is left in a warm place to rise.
  5. Chop olives.
    Cut the olives into rings.
  6. When the dough comes up, put the olives there and mix well.
    Put the olives in the risen dough and mix.
  7. We spread the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour, and lightly sprinkle with a pinch of flour on top. We begin to knead the dough.
    We shift the dough onto a flour-sprinkled board and slightly crush.
  8. We form round bread, put it on parchment paper and make small, shallow cuts in the bread.
    Having formed round bread, put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment and make shallow cuts on the loaf with a knife.
  9. Lubricate with a couple of drops of olive oil and sprinkle with flax seeds and pumpkin seeds on top.
    Grease a loaf of olive oil and sprinkle flax seeds and pumpkin seeds.
  10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, send the bread to bake in the oven for 40 minutes. After this time, the bread is ready. It turns out to be very crispy, and in the middle very tender and soft. We leave the bread to cool, and after 30-50 minutes it can already be eaten. Enjoy your meal!
