  • 4 eggs
  • hard cheese - 40 g
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • table or sea salt - optional
  • olive oil - 20 ml
  • ground black pepper - optional

Step cooking

  1. The first step is to free two avocados from the bone. It doesn't matter how ripe avocados you use, as they will be cooked. If you want the fruit to become softer and easier to remove the bone, then put it in the sun or leave it at room temperature for several hours. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone.
  2. In order for each half of the avocado to stand stably on the surface, cut off the thin tip from the round side. Cut the top in an avocado so that the fruit stays steady on the baking sheet.
  3. We cover each fruit from the inside with thin cuts that we make with a knife. This action will allow the avocado to thoroughly soak in the filling, which will make our dish much tastier, and also after the heat treatment will make the fruit much softer. We make cuts on the flesh of an avocado.
  4. Grind approximately 40 g of hard cheese on a fine grater. grate cheese.
  5. We peel two cloves of garlic from the husk, and then either finely chop them with a knife or pass through a garlic squeezer. Finely chop the garlic.
