Did you know? To prepare the basics, you can use a variety of types of meat, such as, for example, beef, lamb, pork or veal. But I advise you to try to cook the basics with turkey. This meat is nutritious, easily digestible and low-calorie unlike other species. It does not leave a feeling of heaviness after eating, as well as extra pounds at your waist. A good bonus will be the benefits to your health due to low cholesterol and high levels of unsaturated fatty acids. The main thing is to choose fresh and high-quality meat. I do not recommend buying frozen turkey, as it is quite difficult to assess the suitability of frozen meat, even for an experienced hostess. When buying, always focus on elasticity, color and smell.

Step cooking

  1. Rinse the turkey breast under running water and let it dry until you cook the potatoes. Take four potatoes, peel them and cut into strips. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour in two tablespoons of sunflower oil. Pour the chopped potatoes onto the hot oil and fry it until half cooked for about ten minutes.
    Cut the potatoes into strips and fry.
  2. The turkey also needs to be cut into oblong pieces, at least one centimeter thick. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Four pickles cut into strips. Grind a bunch of parsley and garlic. Prepare a wok pan. Pour two tablespoons of sunflower oil into the bottom and place it on a large fire.

  3. Pour the meat into the pan and fry for five minutes over high heat.
    First, fry the turkey meat.
  4. Then add the onion and quieten the fire. Stir the meat constantly, cook until it is soft.
    Add onion to the meat.
  5. Then add three tablespoons of tomato paste, pickles and potatoes.
    Next, add tomato paste, cucumbers and potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle chopped herbs and garlic, and add half a tablespoon of salt and a pinch of ground black pepper. Stir and cook.
    Salt the dish, add chopped greens.
  7. Serve the dish hot. This is a full-fledged side dish with meat, so you can add it with sauce or a salad of fresh vegetables.
