Potato 300 g
Brine 100 ml
Water 150 ml
Salted cucumbers 3 pcs.

Bay leaf 1 PC.
Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l
Ground black pepper taste

  1. We begin to prepare the ingredients. We wash and clean everything. Pour the paste with pickle brine and mix until smooth. We leave this mixture aside.

  2. Wash the meat, dry it with paper towels and cut into small pieces. We wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes, like pork.
