Ingredients

eggplant 3 pcs.
garlic 10 tooth.
mayonnaise 200 g
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
vegetable oil 150 ml

  1. We take 3 eggplants, wash them and cut them into slices of medium thickness.
  2. In a deep container, mix 200 g of mayonnaise and 10 cloves of garlic, passed through a press.
  3. Fry eggplant in a pan with the addition of 150 ml of vegetable oil.
  4. Grease the prepared eggplant with mayonnaise and garlic sauce. We serve a snack, optionally adding salt, black pepper and fresh herbs to it.
