Ingredients

Eggplant 2 pcs.
Tomatoes 2-3 pcs.
Chicken eggs 4 things.
Garlic 2 cloves
Basil 5-6 leaves
Mayonnaise 40 g
Salt taste
Ground black pepper taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Step cooking

  1. Thoroughly wash 2 eggplants and 2-3 fresh tomatoes. Cut the eggplants into small strips, put them in a bowl and add 15 grams of salt. Mix and let stand for 15 minutes to leave the bitterness.
