Kefir 50 ml
Rum / Cognac 1 tbsp. l

  1. In a deep bowl add 80 g of softened butter and beat with a mixer until splendid.

Optionally, you can replace part of the wheat flour with whole grain or oatmeal. You can do the same with coconut flakes. It can be replaced with any nuts, dried fruits, or not at all.

  8. Lastly, pour 50 ml of kefir at room temperature. Instead of kefir, you can use any dairy product: sour cream, yogurt. You can add milk, only then it is recommended to extinguish soda with vinegar or lemon juice. Stir the dough until smooth.

  9. Lightly grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Then shake off the excess flour.
