Important! For this cake you need to use very ripe bananas, but if you want to bake such pastries, and only immature fruits are sold around, you can independently bring them to the right degree of maturity. To do this, peel the bananas, cut them into circles, put in an airtight bag or container and send them for 1-2 days in the freezer. During this time, the banana circles will become soft, and will acquire a dark shade.

Step cooking

  1. Peel 3-4 bananas from the peel, break them into pieces and place them in a deep container.
    Ripe bananas are broken into pieces and put in a bowl.
  2. Add ½ lemon juice to bananas and mash bananas with juice with a fork until you get mashed potatoes without lumps.
    Add a little lemon juice to the bananas and mash it in mashed potatoes.
  3. Add 100 g of brown cane sugar, 60 ml of water, 150 ml of sunflower oil to banana puree, break 3 eggs and mix all the products in a container with a mixer until smooth.
