Milk 20 g
Butter 5 g

Step cooking

  1. We take 3 chicken eggs and separate the proteins from the yolks. Since in the future you will need only proteins, the yolks can be set aside or used to prepare another dish.
    We divide eggs into proteins and yolks.
  2. We transfer the proteins into a deep container and beat thoroughly with a mixer until a dense layer of foam appears.
    Beat the whites with a mixer in the foam.
  3. Then add sour cream to them (of the total amount of sour cream, put aside 1 teaspoon, and add the rest to the container), 20 g of milk and a little salt (to taste). And once again, thoroughly mix the contents of the container with a mixer until smooth.
    Add sour cream, beat the mass again.
  4. Add 1 tsp to a small bowl. sour cream and literally 0.5 - 1 tsp. mix water (if you have sour cream already liquid enough, then you should not add water).
    Stir a little sour cream with water.
  5. The omelette baking dish is thoroughly greased with melted butter (you will need no more than 5 g) with a silicone brush. Pour the protein mixture into a greased form.
    Pour the protein mass into a greased form.
  6. From above the workpiece is sprayed with sour cream diluted with water.
    Sprinkle the protein mass with water and sour cream.
  7. We put the mold in the oven, preheated to 160 degrees, and bake the dish for about 20 - 25 minutes. Ready omelet should be covered with a beautiful golden crust, and be dense enough.

  8. When the dish is ready, take it out of the oven, and then - from the mold, let it cool slightly and proceed to the meal.
