Ingredients

Wheat flour 400 g
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l
Milk 270 ml
Butter 1 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. About 20 minutes before combining all the ingredients, remove the butter from the refrigerator, it should become soft. It is not necessary to melt it. All other ingredients should also be at room temperature. In a dry bowl of breadmaker measure 1 tbsp. l softened butter.
    Put soft butter in the bucket of the bread machine.
  2. Add 1 tsp to the oil. salt and 2 tbsp. l Sahara.
    Add salt and sugar to the oil.
  3. With a measuring glass, measure 270 ml of milk and add it to the bowl to the rest of the ingredients.
    Add milk.
  4. Add 400 g of pre-sifted wheat flour.
    Add the sifted flour.
  5. At the very end, add 1.5 tsp. dry yeast.
    Last add yeast.
  6. Put the bowl in the bread maker and close the lid. You take the “white bread” weight 750 g on the bread maker
