  9. Sift the remaining flour (220 g) into a deep bowl through a sieve, add 1 tsp to it. baking powder, lightly mix the dry mass.
    Mix flour with baking powder.
  10. Pour beaten eggs with sugar into the cooled custard dough, stir until smooth.
    Slowly connect the custard base with the egg mass.
  11. When the dough begins to thicken, add flour with baking powder, mix with a tablespoon.
    Enter the flour and mix the dough.
  12. The dough becomes thick, viscous. Cover the choux pastry with a plastic wrap, send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    The finished dough is thick, now it needs to be sent to the refrigerator.
  13. We take a special silicone mold for baking madeleines, we take out the cooled dough from the refrigerator.

  14. With a tablespoon, we collect the dough from a deep bowl, fill the silicone form.
