Kefir 300 ml

Wheat flour 200 g
Sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l
Granulated sugar 1 tbsp. l
Garlic 1 clove
Cilantro 10 g
Butter 50 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Step cooking

  1. We rinse 450 g of fresh zucchini and cut them into half or quarter. We remove from them a part with seeds.
    From the zucchini, we remove the middle and the seeds.
  2. We rub the squash on a coarse grater, add 1 tsp to them. salt and mix. Cover a bowl with zucchini with cling film and leave for 10 minutes.
    Rub the zucchini, salt and mix.
  3. After that, squeeze the zucchini well and pour out all the juice that is released from them so that the driest parts remain.
    When the zucchini let the juice, squeeze it.
  4. Drive 4 chicken eggs into a bowl and mix them well with zucchini.
    Eggs are beaten into the squash.
  5. After we add 300 ml of kefir and again, stirring, we bring the mass to a homogeneous state.
    Next, add kefir.
  6. Next, put 200 g of sifted wheat flour. Knead a sufficiently liquid homogeneous dough.
    Add the flour and mix the squash dough.
  7. Pour 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and pour 1 tsp. baking powder. Mix again, cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes.
    Add vegetable oil and baking powder to the dough.
  8. After that, put in the dough 1 tbsp. l sugar, 1 large clove of garlic, passed through a press, and 10 g finely chopped cilantro (can be replaced with parsley or dill). Mix thoroughly again.
    Add chopped garlic and cilantro.
  9. Lubricate the pan or sprinkle with vegetable oil. Using a ladle, pour a portion of the dough and quickly distribute it over the area of ​​the pan.
    Pour the dough into a well-heated pan.
  10. On each side, fry the pancake for 2 minutes. After we turn it over to the other side, grease with butter. In total, it will require 50 g for all pancakes.
    Turn the pancake on the other side and immediately lubricate with a piece of butter.
  11. All ready-made pancakes can be additionally decorated with fresh herbs and vegetables. Any unsweetened filling can be wrapped in them: cottage cheese, cheese, mushrooms, meat, etc.
