  1. In a deep bowl, carefully beat 2 eggs, half a teaspoon of salt and 1 tbsp. l granulated sugar.

  3. The dough should turn out quite liquid. If it thickens, add more water.

  6. Chop finely a quarter of a cabbage, grate one carrot, finely chop 300 grams of champignons.
    Add some carrots to the filling, as well as chop the mushrooms.
  7. Put the grated carrots in a pan to the onion, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, mix.

  8. To the onions and carrots add cabbage, salt, pepper and your favorite spices to taste. We recommend using hops-suneli, paprika and bay leaf.
