  • hot water (not boiling water!) - 1.3 cups;
  • flour - 2.5 cups;
  • sugar - 4 tablespoons (possible less);
  • salt - 1 pinch;
  • vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons.

  1. To make pancakes with yeast, you need to prepare a dough. To do this, pour a glass of yogurt into a rather voluminous dish, pour dry yeast, salt, sugar, and then heat to about 35 degrees.
