Ingredients

Premium flour 150 g
Chicken eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 30-35 g
Salt 3-4 g
Kefir 10% fat 170-180 ml
Feta curd cheese 150 g
Fresh greens (dill) 1 small bunch
Garlic 2 cloves
Butter 70-80 g
Vegetable oil for frying pancakes

Step cooking

These are not quite ordinary pancakes with cheese, garlic and herbs. We will not wrap anything, which will greatly speed up and simplify the cooking process.
Proceed:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix 150 sifted premium flour, 30-35 g of sugar, 3-4 g of salt. Drive 3 eggs there and mix well with a whisk.
