Two delicious beef dishes

Two delicious  beef dishes

Goulash

Kitchen appliances and utensils:

  • cutting board;
  • knife;
  • a pan or large pan with a deep bottom;
  • plate.

Ingredients

  • Beef - 1 kg
  • Onions - 370 g
  • Carrots - 300 g
  • Potato - 300 g
  • Garlic - 20 g
  • Celery Stalk - 150 g
  • Tomatoes - 350 g
  • Parsley - 20 g
  • Sweet pepper - 300 g
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l
  • Wheat flour - 2 tbsp. l
  • Water - 800 ml
  • Coriander - ½ tsp
  • Paprika (sweet) - 2 tbsp. l
  • Ground black pepper - ½ tsp.
  • Red chili pepper - ½ tsp.
  • Salt - 1 tbsp. l
  • Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. A piece of beef (1 kg) needs to be washed, rid of pieces of bones and films and cut into large cubes.
    We cut the meat into slices.
  2. Sweet pepper, tomatoes (300 g each) and celery stalks (150 g) are cut into small cubes.
    Cut celery and pepper.
  3. We also chop about 370 g of onions and 20 g of garlic.
    Grind onions and garlic.
  4. On the stove we put a small pan (or deep pan), pour 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Once it warms up, put the chopped onion and stir until it becomes a little transparent.
    Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
  5. Add chopped garlic to the onion and mix. Fry over low heat for a couple more minutes.
    Add chopped garlic to the onion.
  6. Then put the meat in a pan and fry for 3 minutes over low heat.
    Add the meat to the onion.
  7. Now is the time to add spices (½ tsp. Coriander, red and black pepper, 2 tbsp. Sweet paprika, 1 tbsp. Salt). There we send 2 tbsp. l tomato paste.
    Next, add spices and tomato paste.
  8. Mix everything well, and then add another 2 tbsp. l wheat flour.
    Add the flour.
  9. We stew the meat for about a minute, after which we pour tomatoes and pepper cut into cubes into the pan. Mix all the ingredients and fill them with 800 ml of water. Bring the goulash to a boil and leave to simmer under the lid for about 45 minutes.
    Add pepper, tomatoes and celery.
  10. Grind 300 g of carrots and potatoes in large cubes.
    Chop the carrot.
  11. Carrots are sent to the pot for meat, add 2 bay leaves and leave to simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

  12. Now pour the potatoes there and cook another 10 minutes.
    Add the potatoes.
  13. At the very end, chop the parsley and pour into goulash.
    Add chopped greens to the finished goulash.

  • Onions - 250 g
  • Carrots - 200 g
  • Potato - 600 g
  • Garlic - 14 g
  • Salted Cucumbers - 200 g
  • Tomatoes - 300 g
  • Dried Basil - 1 tbsp. l
  • Sweet pepper - 300 g
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l
  • Meat broth - 300 ml
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  • Ground black pepper - ½ tsp.
  • Ground red pepper - ½ tsp.
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 4-5 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. Pour 3 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil.
    Pour vegetable oil into the pan.
  2. Grind the beef (600 g) in small cubes and spread in hot oil. Fry over high heat for about 3 minutes. Then reduce the heat and cover the meat with a lid.
    Fry the meat.
  3. Take a pan and pour a few tablespoons of vegetable oil. Pour 250 g of chopped onion and fry for about 3 minutes.
    Separately, fry the onions.
  4. Then add 14 g of chopped garlic and fry for another minute.
    Add garlic to the onion.
  5. Then add the fried onions with garlic to the meat.
    Add the onions and garlic to the meat.
  6. We return the pan to the stove, pour 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and fry 200 g of chopped carrots for 3 minutes. Then we shift it to the meat.
    Fry the carrots and add to the meat.
  7. For 2-3 minutes, simmer the tomatoes (300 g), diced, over low heat, before adding 1 tbsp. l tomato paste.
    Separately, fry the tomatoes with the addition of tomato paste.
  8. After - add tomato dressing to beef.Mix everything well and continue to simmer under a closed lid.
    Add tomatoes to the pan to the meat.
  9. Pour all the ingredients with 300 ml of meat broth and continue cooking on low heat for about 1 hour.

  10. Grind 200 g of pickles and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
    Cut pickles and fry.
  11. Then add them to the meat and vegetables.
    Add fried cucumbers to the dish
  12. Next, cut 600 g of potatoes into small pieces. Fry it over medium heat until half cooked.
    Separately, fry the potatoes.
  13. To meat and vegetables add 1 tbsp. l dried basil, ½ tsp. black and red pepper, 2 bay leaves, salt to taste.
    Add spices, bay leaf.
  14. And at the end, add the fried potatoes. Cooking a few more minutes.
    These wonderful dishes can be prepared from beef.
