White cabbage 1 kg
Eggs 2 pcs.
Salt ½ tsp
Ground black pepper ½ tsp
Dried garlic, ground ½ tsp
Dill Dried ½ tsp
Water 2 l
Vegetable oil 50 ml

Step cooking

  1. Take a pan, pour 2 liters of water into it.
    In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Wash cabbage weighing about 1 kg, remove the top leaves and cut into 4 parts. Do not remove the stump, it will help keep the pieces intact.
    Cut the head of cabbage into 4 parts.
  3. Dip the cabbage in a pot of water, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
    Put cabbage in boiling water.
  4. Whisk 2 eggs with a whisk, add ½ tsp to them. salt, ½ tsp. ground black pepper, ½ tsp. dried garlic and ½ tsp. dried dill. Beat the mass until the salt is completely dissolved.
    Beat eggs with salt and spices.
  5. Put the boiled cabbage on a sieve, let the liquid drain and cool slightly.

  6. Cut cooled cabbage into slices of about 1 cm.
