Step cooking

  1. For this recipe we will use one large head of broccoli. If you have small or frozen broccoli divided into inflorescences, they can also be baked in the same way. If necessary, rinse the cabbage, let it dry, divide into inflorescences. Already turn on the oven to warm up to 180-200 degrees.
    We wash the broccoli and divide into inflorescences.
  2. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, spread the broccoli. You can first put it in a bowl, mix it with all the ingredients in it and only then send it to the baking dish, this is convenient for you.

  3. Pour on top 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, sprinkle with lemon juice. The amount of lemon juice depends on your preference. If you like a sour taste, add a couple of tablespoons. We used one tablespoon. You can use ready-made lemon juice or squeeze out half of the lemon.
    Sprinkle broccoli with vegetable oil and lemon juice.
  4. Sprinkle broccoli with spices. Any absolutely at your discretion will do. Spices will add a spicy taste and aroma to the finished dish. We sprinkled with salt, ground black and red pepper. Now add the cheese. In this recipe, we used 50 g of parmesan. In general, any hard cheese that melts well is suitable. The amount of cheese can also be any.
    Season the broccoli with spices and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Mix everything, cover with foil and send to the oven. Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. About 10 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the foil and continue to bake without it. So the finished broccoli will have a crisp.
    We mix the ingredients, cover with foil and put the pan in the oven.
  6. After that, we get broccoli, and we can serve. Cabbage is very tasty, juicy. It is better to eat it immediately after baking.
    As you can see, cooking broccoli in the oven is very simple.

By the same principle, you can bake broccoli with other vegetables or in sauce. For example, put broccoli, fried onions, and grated carrots in a baking dish. Mix sour cream with spices and chopped herbs, and pour the vegetables with this sauce. Put grated cheese on top with an even layer. Bake for half an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Want to get a more satisfying meal - add chicken breast. Cut it into small pieces. If you marinate the meat first in spices, then after baking it will turn out even more delicious.
