  • Bulgur - 200 g
  • Chicken fillet - 450 g
  • Onion - 120 g
  • Carrots - 260 g

Step cooking

  1. Soak bulgur in cold water for 30 minutes. Rinse and let dry. Bulgur must first be soaked, then rinsed.
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan greased with oil. Grind onion and fry it in oil.
  3. Cut the carrots into small pieces or rub on a coarse grater. on a grater three carrots.
