  7. Next, you need to prepare a baking sheet. This can be done in two ways: cover the pan with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil or grease the pan itself with oil. The first option is more convenient, because you don’t have to spend time washing the pan, it will be enough to wipe it with a clean damp cloth.

  8. Grease the working surface of the table with vegetable oil (one teaspoon will be enough), lay out the dough (1 kg) and knead it well. It is important that it is supple and soft.
