Simple and delicious cinnamon rolls 🥐

Ground cinnamon 30-40 g

Step cooking

  1. Pour 8-10 g of dry yeast into 500 ml of warm milk.
    Pour yeast into warm milk.
  2. Add a couple of tablespoons of sugar.
    Add sugar to milk.
  3. Pour a couple of tablespoons of flour (it will only need 0.65-0.7 kg), mix, leave for 10 minutes.
    Add a few tablespoons of flour and mix the dough.
  4. Pour the sifted flour into the blender bowl.
    Sift the flour.
  5. Pour 2 tbsp in flour. l sugar and 1 tsp. salt.
    Add salt and sugar to the flour.
  6. Add a little vanillin - to your taste, stir.
    Add vanilla sugar as well.
  7. We introduce milk and yeast into the dry mixture.
    Next, we introduce a dough to the dry ingredients.
  8. Beat with a blender until smooth.
    Knead a homogeneous dough.
  9. Then you can add 50 ml of sunflower oil (preferably odorless).
    Add vegetable oil to the dough.
  10. Put the well-kneaded dough into a bowl, lightly grease the top with sunflower oil, cover with cling film. We give him time to walk about an hour. It should increase in volume by 2-2.5 times.

  11. For the filling, mix 150 g of sugar and 30-40 g of ground cinnamon.

  12. Lubricate the hands and work surface with sunflower oil. We spread the dough on the table and divide it in half.

Useful Tips

  • If for some reason you do not want to use cinnamon for the filling, you can simply replace it with another product. It can be jam or cottage cheese, raisins or nuts.
