  1. Sift 0.55 kg of flour into a bowl.

  2. Add 30 g of milk powder or cream. This ingredient is optional, if not available - no need to be replaced. It just gives a special delicate fragrant note.

  3. Pour 50 g of sugar. We also add vanilla sugar in an amount of 10 g.

  19. We grease the baking dish with butter and put roses in it at a distance from each other. Cover with foil and leave for proofing in a warm place - near the oven or heating battery - for 30-40 minutes.

  20. Visibly grown buns can be greased with milk (if you plan to sprinkle them after baking with powdered sugar) or a mixed egg.
