Flour 500 g
Butter 45 g
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 60 g

Step cooking

  1. We warm the milk. It should be warm, but not hot. Add one teaspoon of sugar to the milk and pour in the yeast.
    We add yeast and sugar to warm milk.
  2. Mix everything well. Leave the yeast for 15 minutes to activate. When the froth cap appears, the yeast is ready.
    Mix the dough and leave in a warm place.
  3. Knead the egg with salt and sugar in a separate deep bowl. Add vanilla sugar, mix well.
    In a bowl, combine the egg with sugar and salt.
  4. We pour in the same yeast with milk and begin to mix well with a whisk.
    Add the dough to the egg mass.
  5. Add the flour there in parts. Do not forget to sift it first.

  13. In order to close the bun well, raise the dough up, like a khinkali. Then we turn the bun into a seam and roll it well into a ball.
    We collect the edges of the cakes, pinch them, form a round bun.
  14. We form all the buns and put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Between the buns we leave a distance of 3-5 centimeters so that they have where to go up.
    We spread the blanks and the pan covered with parchment.
  15. Cover again with a film or bag and leave for 30 minutes.
