  9. We form the dough in a ball, put in a bowl, cover with cling film and leave for proofing for half an hour. leave the dough to dry

  11. Dice 200 g of hard cheese into small cubes. cut cheese into cubes

  13. We spread the balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. put the buns on a baking sheet
