  1. Sift 450 g of premium wheat flour into a deep bowl and add 7 g of high-speed dry yeast to it. Mix the dry ingredients.

  2. Melt 40 g of butter in a microwave or in a water bath and combine it with 250 ml of warm milk, 1 chicken egg, 2.5 tbsp. l sugar and ½ tsp salt. Mix everything thoroughly so that the ingredients are combined into a homogeneous mass and salt and sugar are completely dissolved.
    In milk, add salt, sugar, an egg, as well as melted butter.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture into the flour and knead the dough.
