A proven recipe for baked ham in the oven. To prepare this dish, take a pork ham or a spatula, stuff it with pieces of garlic, rub it with spices and bake in the oven.   1. We wash 1.5 kg of meat under cold water. Dry it with paper towels or napkins.

  2. Peel and rinse 8 - 10 cloves of garlic. Cut each clove into 2 - 3 parts.
    Cut the garlic into thin slices.

Cooking meat

  1. We stuff the meat with garlic. To do this, we make punctures in the meat with a sharp knife, in depth they must be such that the garlic is hidden inside and not visible. Punctures are preferably done in a checkerboard pattern and evenly on both sides.
    With a knife we ​​make shallow cuts in the meat.
  2. Spread the fibers and insert the garlic plate.
    Insert the plates of garlic into the resulting cuts.
  3. Rub the meat on all sides with salt.
    Rub the meat with salt.
  4. Mix 1 tsp. turmeric and 2 tsp ground black pepper. Rub the meat with spices.
    Sprinkle the meat with a mixture of pepper and turmeric.
  5. Mix 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil with 3 tbsp. l mustard. Mix until a homogeneous consistency.
    Mix mustard with vegetable oil.
  6. Lubricate meat from all sides.
    With a mixture of mustard and oil, completely coat the meat.
  7. Spread the meat in a well-heated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, about 2 tbsp. l Fry until golden brown on both sides.
    On both sides, fry the meat in a preheated pan.
  8. We spread the meat on the foil with the fat layer up.
    We shift the pork onto the foil.
  9. Wrap in foil, carefully connect the seams so that the juice does not leak during the baking process. Cover with a layer of foil on top, close the seams. Put the meat wrapped in foil on a baking sheet. The baking sheet can also be covered with foil.
    Wrap the meat well in foil.
  10. We put the baking sheet in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. We reduce the temperature to 180 degrees. Bake for 1.5 hours.
    Place the baking tray with meat in the oven.
  11. After the specified time we get the boiled pork from the oven. Expand the foil.
    We expand the almost finished meat and let it brown without foil.
  12. We send again to the oven for 10 - 15 minutes, so that it is more reddened.
    The boiled pork is quickly browned.
  13. Boiled pork turned out to be very juicy, very tasty, with an amazing aroma. It can be served both hot and cold, used instead of sausage on sandwiches.
