  1. We take 1-1.5 kilograms of fresh eggplant, thoroughly rinse them under water and clear the stalks. Next, cut the prepared eggplant into pieces with a width of 1.5-2 centimeters, and then cut into cubes. If desired, the peel from the eggplant can be removed.
