  3. When the salt has dissolved, pour in a thin stream, constantly stirring, olive oil (120 ml). Mix the whole mass well.
    Next, add vegetable oil.
  4. Sift flour (1 kg) into a large bowl with a slide, and then make a depression in the slide. Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour in parts, gradually kneading the dough with a wooden spoon or spatula.
    Liquid components are introduced into previously sifted flour.
  5. When the dough becomes thick, set aside a spoon, dust the table surface with flour and put the dough from a bowl on a work surface. Knead the dough with your hands, dusting the table with flour. The dough should gather in a smooth elastic ball. In time it takes about 15 minutes of intensive kneading.
