Step cooking
- To get started, sift about 450-500 g of wheat flour into a deep bowl with a sieve. Add ½ tsp to the flour. salt and ½ tsp soda, then mix well with a tablespoon. The flour must be sifted so that the baking is soft and airy.
- In a separate bowl, beat one chicken egg and beat it with a fork until smooth. Pour 300 ml of kefir at room temperature into a free deep bowl and add a beaten egg to it, mix everything well.
- In a bowl with kefir, gradually add the prepared flour. First, add half and mix well with a spoon, then add the remaining flour and knead the dough with a spoon. When the dough has thickened, knead it with your hands to collect all the flour.
- Then pour ½ tbsp of dough into the dough. l sugar and 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Mix sugar and butter well in the dough by hand. If necessary, sift some more flour so that the dough does not stick to your hands. Then shift it to the work surface and knead with your hands until a uniform smooth lump. To work with the dough easier, pour a small amount of vegetable oil on the work surface. Ready dough can be used immediately for making pizza, since it does not need to be approached. Or you can freeze the finished dough until the next use.
For such a quick test, you can use the same fast fillings.
