Step cooking

  1. Prepare the mackerel: thaw 2 fish, wash and dry with paper towels, cut off the head, tail and fins, open the belly and remove the entrails. Pay particular attention to removing the black film inside the abdomen. It is easily removed with a paper towel.
    We clean mackerel and wash well.
  2. Salt the prepared fish, pepper and sprinkle with a universal fish seasoning to your taste inside and out from all sides.
    Rub the fish with salt, pepper, spices for fish.
  3. Cut a quarter of the lemon and sprinkle the fish inside and out with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Put the mackerel in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for pickling.
    Sprinkle mackerel with lemon juice.
  4. Peel the onion (1 piece) and cut into not very thin rings.
    Cut the onion into rings.
  5. Cut four whole rings from a lemon.
    Cut the lemon into circles.
  6. Put the pickled mackerel on the food foil. Put each fish separately.
