Ingredients

Chicken thighs 1,0 kg
Ripe medium tomatoes 4 things.
Onion 4 things.
Garlic 6-8 teeth
Bulgarian pepper, large 1 PC.
Chili peppers 2-3 cm
Vegetable oil 20 ml
Butter 1 tbsp. l
Sunflower hops seasoning 2 tsp
Black pepper peas 7-8 pcs.
Common salt taste
Granulated sugar 1 tsp
Basil greens small bunch
Green cilantro small bunch

Cooking meat

  1. Wash the chicken thighs (1 kg), dry. Divide each thigh into two approximately equal parts. Remove excess fat.
