Minced pork + beef 300 g
Onion 120 g
Egg 1 PC.
Water 50 ml

Step cooking

  1. Cut rough edges with pita bread (3 pieces) and cut them into squares. It is more convenient to do this with kitchen scissors, but you can use a sharp knife.
    Cut lavash into squares.
  2. Peel the onion (120 grams), cut into small cubes and put in a bowl.
    Grind the onion.
  3. Add pork and ground beef (300 grams) to the onion.
    Add the minced meat to the onion.
  4. Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste and mix well.
    Add salt, pepper and mix.
  5. Pour pure water (50 ml) into the minced meat and mix it again.
    For juiciness, add water to the minced meat.
  6. Break a chicken egg (1 piece) into a small bowl or bowl and use a fork to loosen it until smooth.
    Beat the egg with a fork.
  7. Take a square of pita bread and distribute diagonally in the form of a triangle with a thin layer of minced meat, not reaching 0.8-1 cm to the edge.
