  • Pork pulp - 1 kg
  • Salt - 10 g
  • Baking powder - 10 g
  • Sweet Paprika - 10 g
  • Red hot pepper - 4 g
  • Ground black pepper - 4 g
  • Dried Onion - 8 g
  • Dried Garlic - 4 g
  • Pure water - 100 g

Step cooking

  1. Thoroughly wash and dry 1 kg of pork pulp and 1 kg of beef pulp from the liquid. Chop meat
  2. We cut all the meat into large pieces and pass through a meat grinder. It is advisable to use a small grill, but if you have only a large one, then scroll the meat twice. prepare the ingredients
  3. Add 10 grams of salt, 10 grams of baking powder, 10 grams of sweet paprika, 4 grams of hot red pepper, 4 grams of ground black pepper, 8 grams of dried onion and 4 grams of dried garlic to the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly and knead the minced meat for 5 minutes. add spices
  4. Add 100 grams of pure cold water and continue to knead for another 5 minutes. add water
  5. We cover the minced meat with cling film and place in a refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. Ideally, the forcemeat should be infused for 12 hours. When the forcemeat is infused, you need to make a simple device for forming chevapchechi. To do this, take a regular plastic box of milk, kefir or juice, and cut the bottom from it. The box must have a screwed lid, it is with its help that beautiful sausages will be obtained. Thoroughly wash the box inside and out, and put some of the stuffing there. prepare the dishes
