Ingredients
- Potato - 700 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Yolk - 1 pc.
- Hard cheese - 150 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Provencal herbs - ½ tsp.
- Paprika - ½ tsp.
- Curry - ½ tsp
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Minced Chicken - 300 g
- Dill - 20 g
- Wheat flour - 30 g
Step cooking
- First you need to boil potatoes. To do this, 700 g of potatoes are peeled, washed and cut into arbitrary pieces. Transfer the potatoes to the pan, fill with water and cook until cooked for about 30 minutes.
- When the potatoes are boiled, drain the water or take out the slices with a slotted spoon and transfer to a deep bowl. Using a pusher, we make mashed potatoes.
- Add 30 g of butter.
- Next add one yolk.
- Salt to taste, pour ½ tsp. Provencal herbs and mix well so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed. At this stage, you can add any spices and seasonings to your taste in mashed potatoes.
- At the very end, add 50 g of any hard cheese grated on a medium grater, mix with a spoon.
- From the prepared mashed potatoes we form 7 balls of the same size. To do this, sprinkle your palm with wheat flour, measure the portion of mashed potatoes with a spoon, put it on your hand, sprinkle flour with a little more on top and form a ball. Thus we make all other balls.
- We put the balls in a baking dish, which must be pre-greased with 10 g of butter.
- Then, with a regular glass, press on each ball, make holes.
- Next, we will prepare chicken meatballs. In a deep bowl, spread 300 g of minced chicken. It can be prepared at home or used purchased.
- Add one finely chopped onion to the minced meat. Onions can be chopped in a blender.
- Then add 50 g of cheese grated on a medium grater.
- Salt to taste, add ½ tsp. paprika and curry, mix well until smooth.
- From the minced meat, we form 7 meatballs the size of which hole you have.
- We put meatballs in each potato hole.
- We send the form to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes until the meatballs and golden crust are ready.
- After this time, remove the form from the oven, sprinkle the remaining 50 g of cheese on top and put it back into the oven for 5 minutes until a cheese crust forms.
- Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped dill or any other herbs, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
