Step cooking

  1. We start this dish with a batter, because it will take time for it to cool. Separate the yolks from the proteins of 4 eggs. Squirrels cover and send in the refrigerator on demand.

  2. Pour 100 ml of pure water to the yolks, add spices to taste. This time we put salt, ground black pepper, ground paprika, Italian herbs, thyme in eggs. We recommend adding a couple of tablespoons of wine or any other alcoholic beverage. This supplement will make batter even more crispy.

  3. Beat the mass until smooth. To do this, use a spoon, mixer or whisk.

To do this, pour one liter of water into a deep bowl, dissolve one tablespoon of salt in it, put the cabbage and leave for 10 minutes.

  9. Now we need to boil it slightly. We send a pot of water to the fire, add 150 g of milk, a couple of a pinch of salt, one bay leaf, let it boil.
