  1. Before you start cooking cauliflower, you should check it for the presence of insects, if any, get rid of them. To do this, pour a small amount of cold water into a deep bowl, add 2 teaspoons of salt, mix to dissolve the salt. Dip the cabbage in salt water and leave for 15 minutes. If you are confident in the quality of your cabbage, then this step can be skipped.

  2. After that, we sort the cabbage into inflorescences. We turn the forks of cabbage upside down and cut off all the inflorescences with a knife.
    Prepare the ingredients for cooking.
  3. We put the pan on the stove, pour the water and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Add salt to boiling water to taste and send the cabbage inflorescences, cook for 9 minutes. It is not necessary to cook cabbage for a long time, since it will become very soft and will fall apart, and besides, it will be cooked in the oven. When the cabbage is boiled, we take out all the inflorescences with a slotted spoon, so that the excess liquid in the glass.

You can add any spices and seasonings to your taste. Add 120 g of sour cream of 15 - 20% fat to the eggs, mix well. Instead of sour cream, you can use fat cream.

  6. Lastly, add grated cheese to the filling. We leave a little cheese to sprinkle the casserole before sending it to the oven.
