The article describes a recipe by which you can cook wonderful homemade cookies in forms even without an oven. You will see how to make the dough of optimal consistency, correctly prepare the mold so that the cookies can be easily removed from it. Kitchen appliances and utensils:

  • mixer with a nozzle for kneading dough;
  • a baking dish for baking on a gas stove;
  • full for sifting;
  • measuring cup or kitchen scale;
  • spoon or spatula.

Ingredients

Step cooking

  1. To make cookies, first prepare and measure all the necessary foods. Sift flour through raw and add soda, citric acid, a pinch of salt. Mix everything well.
    Combine flour with salt, soda, citric acid.
  2. Remove the butter or margarine from the refrigerator in advance to make it soft. If you do not have time to wait, then you can melt the oil in the microwave at low power or in a water bath. Make sure that the oil does not get too hot, otherwise they may curl when combined with eggs.

  3. The softened butter is ground with sugar with a spoon or with a mixer with nozzles for kneading dough.
    Grind the butter with sugar.
  4. When a uniform consistency is achieved, add sour cream and continue whisking.
    Add sour cream to the oil mass and mix well.
  5. We introduce the eggs one at a time into the mixture of oil and sour cream, mixing well each time until smooth.
    Enter the eggs one at a time.
  6. Pour dry ingredients into the resulting mass and mix well with a spoon or spatula.
    Add flour and mix.
  7. The dough should be dense, slightly sticky, but not kneaded to the end.
    The dough should turn out soft and sticky.
  8. The metal mold for baking cookies is very strongly heated on a gas stove, greased on both sides with vegetable oil. If you do not bake it properly, the first batch of cookies may stick to the mold. If you have an electric baking dish, then it also needs to be initially heated and greased with vegetable oil and then bake cookies according to the operating instructions. We lubricate the form with oil only for the first time, in the future this is not necessary.
    It is very important to heat the mold well and grease it with oil.
  9. When the mold heats well, put about 1 tsp. dough into each section and close the form. Bake for 30 seconds, then flip to the opposite side and bake another 1 - 2 minutes.
    In each cell of the form we put a spoonful of dough, close it and bake for 2 minutes on each side.
  10. After the time has passed, remove the finished cookie from the mold by prying it with a knife or other convenient object. Separate the cookies and allow to cool. Bake cookies from the rest of the dough in the same way.
    Homemade cookies cooked in forms according to this recipe are soft and tender.
Did you know? To make the cookies drier and crispy, add 1 - 2 tbsp to the dough. l vodka or cognac. During baking from high temperatures, alcohol will evaporate.
