Onions (large) 1 PC.
Chicken egg 1 PC.
Minced chicken or assorted 300 g
Potato starch 1 tbsp. l
Salt taste
Ground black pepper taste
Cooking Oil 30-50 ml

Step cooking

  1. Chop one onion very finely and pour boiling water over it. This will remove the bitterness and make the onion softer.
    Grind onions and pour boiling water on it for several minutes.
  2. Grate half a kilogram of potato.
    Grate potatoes.
  3. If you use meat in a piece, then twist it in a meat grinder into minced meat.
    Grind the meat into minced meat.
  4. Add strained onions and 300 grams of minced meat to a bowl of potatoes and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
    Mix minced meat, potatoes and onions in a bowl.
  5. Pour salt, black pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon of potato starch and beat in an egg. Stir again.
    Add the egg, salt, pepper, starch to the potato masses.
  6. Put a frying pan on the fire, pour refined vegetable oil into it and let it warm up well.
    Heat the pan with vegetable oil.
  7. Spread a tablespoon of potato and meat in a skillet and fry over medium heat on each side until golden, crisp. The fire should not be strong, because the potato pancakes will already be fried on the outside, and the raw ones will remain inside.

  8. Spread the finished cakes on a plate covered with a paper towel to remove excess fat. As a result, potato pancakes are juicy, tender and tasty. They are covered with a delicious crust, and inside they remain soft and not clogged with flour at all.
