Egg 1 PC.
Onion 2 pcs.
Bell pepper 2 pcs.
A tomato 2 pcs.
Champignon 250 g
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l
Potatoes 1 kg
Garlic 3 cloves
Fresh parsley 30 g
Ground paprika 1 tsp
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l
Salt taste
Ground pepper taste
Sour cream taste
Hot peppers (fresh) taste

Sugar taste

Step cooking

You can prepare the “Bag of the Robber” or Hungarian pancake, following the step-by-step recipe:

  1. Cut the meat into cubes about 2 cm and add a spoonful of flour to preserve the meat juices and make the sauce thicker. Meat must be rolled in flour immediately before frying.

  2. Wash the mushrooms, peel and cut into large pieces. Chop the bell pepper in the same way.

  3. If you like hot pepper, finely chop the required amount of hot pepper. Chop the onion finely. Optionally, you can also cut into half rings.

  4. Remove the peel from the tomatoes, pre-dousing them with boiling water. Cut into small cubes. Dilute the tomato paste with water to the consistency of sour cream.

  6. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and lay the meat. Fry while stirring with a spatula until the meat changes color. Then put it on a plate.
