  • Apples - 1 kg
  • Lemons - 3 pcs.

Step cooking

  1. Wash one medium-sized pumpkin under the tap. Cut it into small pieces, peel each of them, remove internal seeds from pumpkin. We should get 2 kilograms of pumpkin pulp. wash my pumpkin.
  2. Cut all this flesh into strips first, and then into small cubes. We remove the container with the pumpkin while aside. cut the peeled pumpkin into a cube.

  6. Add 1 tablespoon of ground ginger to the bowl with chopped pumpkin, lemons and apples. Mix all chopped ingredients, add ground ginger.
  7. Despite the fact that pumpkin, lemon and apples are very juicy, we add about 100-150 ml of water in a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly with a kitchen spatula. Add water.
  8. We put a container with components on the fire, bring to a boil, stir constantly, cook the mixture until the ingredients are soft. Cook fruit and vegetable mass.
  9. Then put this mixture in a blender bowl and grind it to a puree state. Then we interrupt the mass with a blender.
  10. Again we put the mass in a pan in which we will cook the jam, add 2 kilograms of sugar there, mix with a kitchen spatula, put on fire. Add sugar.
  11. After the mixture boils, cook it over low heat, constantly stirring, for 7-8 minutes. After that, the jam is ready for canning. Cook the jam.
  12. We place the dessert in pre-sterilized and dried cans, close the lids, wrap it and keep it until it cools down. After that, store in a cool, dry place or basement. We roll pumpkin jam into sterilized jars.
