How to learn how to cook delicious stuffed fish

Carrot (medium size) 4 things.
Beet 2 pcs.
Eggs 4 things.
White loaf 250-300 g
Salt 3 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Ground pepper 1 tsp (not complete)
Drinking water 1 stack
Boiling water 1-1.5 l

Step cooking

Preparation of vegetables and bread

  1. Rinse onions (3 heads) and peel. Cut one onion into rings, and the other two into small pieces so that they can be passed through a meat grinder. Do not discard the husk, it will be needed for further cooking.
    We clean the onions, do not throw away the husks.
  2. Cut a long loaf (250-300 g) into slices, put in a deep bowl and soak in water (approximately 1 glass of drinking water is needed).
    Soak slices of loaf in water.
  3. Peel the carrots (4 pcs.) And beets (2 pcs.), Rinse well in water and cut into thin circles.
    Dice beets and carrots.

Fish preparation

  1. 2 large carps (total weight approximately 4 kg) wash well with water and remove scales. Fins can also be removed at will. Next, cut off the head and cut the carcass into pieces 2.5-3 cm thick.
    We clean the carp and cut into portions.
  2. From each piece and from the head with a small and very sharp knife, cut the flesh. Fold the pulp in one bowl, and the skin on the bone in another, we still need it.
    From each piece, gently cut the flesh.

Minced meat

  1. Pull the fish pulp, 2 onion heads and bread soaked in water through a meat grinder, which must be pre-squeezed.
    Skip the pulp, as well as onions and a loaf soaked in water through a meat grinder.
  2. Add salt (2 tsp), ground pepper (1 tsp), mix well.
    Add salt and pepper to the minced meat.
  3. Next, add raw chicken eggs (4 pcs.).
    Add the eggs as well.
  4. Mix all the ingredients well to make the minced meat uniform in consistency.
    Stir the minced meat thoroughly until smooth.

Stuffing fish and shaping a dish

  1. Next, fill each piece of fish and head with minced meat.
    We stuff the pieces of fish and the head with minced meat.
  2. Now you need to take a large pan with a thick bottom, put the husk on the bottom, on top a layer of beets, then circles of carrots.
    At the bottom of a large pot or cauldron, lay onion husks, and then vegetables.
  3. Put tails and remaining bones on top of carrots, and put onion rings on top.
    Next, lay out large fish bones, ridges and onions.
  4. Next, lay out the first layer of fish (first put stuffed heads, and then pieces).
    On top of the vegetables lay out pieces of fish.
  5. Place beets, carrots and onions on top and between slices. Then again a layer of fish.
    Alternating layers of fish and vegetables.
  6. Cutlets can be formed from the remaining mincemeat and put them on top of the fish. Sprinkle with the remaining vegetables on top. Beets can be placed between the pan and the fish, so that during cooking it does not stick together and does not stick to the edges.
    If the minced meat is left, we simply make cutlets from it and put it in the pan too.

Cooking fish

  1. Pour boiling water into the pan through a slotted spoon so that the water completely covers the fish.

  2. Put on fire, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 1.5 hours.
    The dish should be cooked over low heat.
  3. Then add salt to taste, sugar (2 tsp) and cook for another 1 hour, until cooked.
