  1. Before cooking stuffed pike, you need to clean it. They cut the pike with a kitchen knife and take out all the entrails. Wash the fish inside and out under running water. Be sure to clean the pike scales well - the skin should be clean, as it is used for cooking.

  2. Rinse the pike under running water and dry it well with a paper towel inside and out.

  3. Using kitchen scissors, cut off all the fins. The head and tail are cut off with a knife, as they are prepared separately.

  4. Hands peel off the pike. Although it is removed quite easily, you should not rush so as not to damage the skin. If somewhere she doesn’t get off, then she is poked with her fingers. Do not pull and pull strongly. Pike meat remaining on the skin can be scraped off with a tablespoon.

  5. Pike meat is separated from the ridge and cut with a knife fillet. Cut the fillet into small pieces so that it is easier to grind in a meat grinder.

    Pass the pike fillet, pastered vegetables, bread through the meat grinder.
  11. In the prepared minced pike add 1 raw egg, 1 tbsp. l salt, and pepper to taste. Also, boiled grated egg is added to the minced meat, due to which the shrimp taste will appear in the stuffed pike.

  12. Pour into minced meat 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and thoroughly knead it with a tablespoon. If possible, it is better to beat the minced meat with a blender so that the mass becomes homogeneous.
