Step cooking

  1. Spread squid carcasses (2 pcs.) For a while, so that they unfreeze. Pre-prepare boiling water (1 liter) and dishes with cold water. First, squids need to be dipped in boiling water for a few seconds, then in cold water. Due to the sharp contrast, the skin will become soft and easy to remove.
