This recipe describes how to make stuffed pasta rolls. Stuffed pasta rolls - a time-tested recipe 🍝

Kitchen appliances and utensils: oven, hob, deep pan, pan, cutting board, knife, spatula, tablespoon.

Pasta rolls 250 g
Minced meat 600 g
Sweet pepper 2 pcs.
Tomato paste 4 tbsp. l
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l
Ground black pepper taste
Salt taste
Cream 350 ml
Mozzarella 200 g

Step cooking

  1. Bell pepper is cut into small cubes.
    Dice the bell pepper.
  2. Shredded bell pepper is poured onto a heated frying pan, sprinkled with vegetable oil. Fry the ingredient for 6-7 minutes. From time to time you need to stir the contents with a spatula.
    We pass the chopped pepper in a pan.
  3. 600 grams of minced meat are laid out in a large bowl.
    Take any minced meat to taste.
  4. Fried bell pepper is added to the same container.
    Add fried pepper to the minced meat.
  5. 2 tablespoons of tomato paste are added. Pour salt and black pepper to taste.
    Add tomato paste, pepper, salt.
  6. All ingredients in a bowl are thoroughly mixed by hand until completely homogeneous.
    We alter the minced meat until smooth.
  7. The pasta tubes are tightly stuffed with a bowl filling.
    We start the pasta with the minced meat.
  8. Stuffed billets are laid out in a deep baking sheet.
    We spread the pasta in a baking dish.
  9. Shredded mozzarella is laid out in a clean container. In a bowl with cream, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste are added.
    Stir the cream with tomato paste.
  10. The ingredients are thoroughly mixed until completely homogeneous.
    Mix the sauce.
  11. The resulting mixture is laid out on top of stuffed billets, stacked in a deep baking sheet, and carefully leveled, filling all the cavities.
    Cover the resulting sauce with pasta in the mold.
  12. The pan moves into the preheated oven. The pasta tubes will be baked at 180 ° C for 35 minutes. After the appointed time, the baking sheet is removed from the oven.
    We take out the almost finished dish from the oven.
  13. Shredded mozzarella is laid out on the grated sauce. The pan goes back to the oven. Next, the dish will be baked at the same temperature for 5-7 minutes.
    Sprinkle a dish of grated mozzarella and send to the oven to get a golden crust.
  14. After the appointed time, the baking sheet is taken out of the oven, and this completes the process of cooking stuffed pasta tubes, enjoy your meal.
    Stuffed pasta rolls are ready.
