Raw beans 250 g
Mushrooms 250 g
Carrot 1 PC.
Onion 1 PC.
Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l
Water 2,3 l
Dry garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ground Peppers Mix 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil 50 - 70 ml

Step cooking

Preparatory stage

  1. 250 g of dry beans are well washed under running water. Pour it into a deep bowl and fill it with warm boiled water, so that the water is 5 - 10 cm more than the level of beans. Leave the beans in water for 10 - 12 hours. After this time, we rinse again well under running water. Pour the beans into a saucepan, fill with water 2 - 5 cm more than the beans and cook until tender. When the beans are boiled, drain the water.
    Boil pre-soaked beans until tender.
  2. 250 g of champignon mushrooms are well washed under running water and cut into thin slices.
    Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  3. Peel the carrots and cut into medium-sized cubes.
    Dice the carrots.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into medium-sized cubes. Bring 300 ml of water to a boil.
    Grind the onion.

Main stage

  1. Pour 50 - 70 ml of vegetable oil into a preheated pan. Add the chopped onion to the warmed oil and lightly fry.
    Fry the onion in a pan.
  2. Add chopped carrots to the onion and fry with occasional stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add carrots to the onion.
  3. Add chopped mushrooms to the onions and carrots and fry everything for 5-7 minutes with occasional stirring.
    Then add mushrooms to the pan.
  4. Add 1/2 tsp to vegetables. salt, dry ground garlic and ground pepper mixture, as well as 2 tbsp. l tomato paste. Mix well.
    Add spices, salt, tomato paste.
  5. Pour 300 ml of hot water into the vegetable mixture, mix everything well and simmer for 5 minutes under a closed lid.
    Add some water and simmer the dish.
  6. To vegetables in a pan add 250 g of boiled beans. Mix everything well and continue to simmer another 5 minutes.
    The last thing we add to the pan is the boiled beans until ready.
  7. We lay out the finished dish on portioned plates for serving. When serving, you can decorate the dish with any greens.
