Step cooking

  1. Take 1 medium onion, peel and cut into small cubes on a cutting board.
    Finely chop the onion.
  2. Next, cut 2 cloves of garlic also finely, you can use a garlic squeezer.
    We also chop the garlic.
  3. Take 1 large carrot and rub it on the largest grater.
    Rub the carrots on a grater.
  4. Turn on the gas or electric stove, heat the pan over medium heat and pour 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil into it.
    Heat the pan with vegetable oil.
  5. In the preheated oil, put the previously chopped onion with garlic and carrots, mix everything thoroughly. It is necessary to fry vegetables for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally so that nothing burns.
    Fry onions with carrots.
  6. While vegetables are fried in a pan, peel and chop 1 bell pepper. Cut it into very small cubes.
    Finely chop the bell pepper.
  7. In a pan with onions and carrots, add finely chopped bell pepper, mixing everything thoroughly. By the way, the color of paprika does not play any role, take the one that you like. Fry vegetables for another 5 minutes.

  8. While vegetables are fried, take 1/2 of the parsley bunch and finely chop with a knife. Parsley is also an optional ingredient, you can take cilantro, basil and dill.
    Grind the parsley.
  9. Open 2 cans of sterilized beans, drain all the liquid into the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Pour the liquid from the canned beans into the pan.
  10. Put 2 tablespoons of tomato paste in a pan and mix everything. Add spices and salt to taste, mix and send to stew for 5 minutes.
    We also add tomato paste, salt, pepper to taste.
  11. Now you can pour 2 cans of beans and mix it well with vegetable sauce. Make sure that it does not contain sugar and other harmful components.
